On July 1, 2013 which is the 92th birthday of Chinese Communist Party, Secretary Sun, on behalf of our institute Party Commission, institute director Wu, visited Zhang Yuying, Liu subao, Rong Shumei and Li QianKang, retired elderly Communist Party members of the Electronic Institute, bringing them festival greeting and the Party’s warmth.

First of all, Secretary Sun came to the house of Comrade Li Qiankang who is 71 years old and currently holds the posts as the Retired Party General Branch Secretary and Director of the Elderly Scientific Association. After retirement, he has made contributions to our institute for more than ten years. Secretary Sun talked with Teacher Li friendly and expressed gratitude for his contributions to the Electronics Institute as well as reminded him of paying attention to his health and combining work with relaxation. Then Secretary Sun visited Comrade Zhang Yuyin who participated in revolution in the year of 1943. Comrade Zhang retired from the position of Secretary of our institute’s Party Commission and currently he is nearly 90 years old. When we arrived at Comrade Zhang’s house, he was writing in front of his old desk. Secretary Sun shook hands with Comrade Zhang enthusiastically and was solicitous for Comrade Zhang’s life. Secretary Sun paid great respect to Comrade Zhang Yuying and wished him good health and a long life. Secretary Sun also visited two elderly comrades Liu Subao and Rong Shumei presently holding the post as the Retirement Branch Commission Member. Both of them are more than 80 years old yet still in good spiritual state, making contributions to our party’s construction. Secretary Sun presents them with gifts in person. In addition to expressing gratitude for them, he requires us younger generation to inherit the outstanding tradition of working hard and willingness to dedicate from the elder generation for a better Electronic Institute.
