Since March 2012, with the concerted efforts of departments including the division of materials and conditions, the division of park management and construction, and the management office of IECAS at Huairou, everything has been set for moving in apartments in Huairou.

Located in Building 30 of “Spring Legend”, these apartments involve 30 houses with 90 beds. With an area of 88 square meters, each house has two standard bedrooms. All houses serve home appliances including cable TV, air conditioner, electric water heater and electric kettle, furniture including sofa, tea table, desk, wardrobe and dinning table and chair, as well as bedding and toiletries. Besides, each living room serves Huairou Tour Guide, Profile of IECAS and well-made Apartment Service Guide. The service guide contains notes, rules and emergency procedures in case of fire, and provides the details of the instructions and notes for using customer hotline, key, access control, air conditioner and TV. These apartments have met the requirements of receiving customers and accommodating technical personnel from the outside, equipment installation and commissioning personnel in the early days of the operation of IECAS at Huairou, visitors and IECAS’ staff.

To create warm and cozy living environment, provide convenient and timely services, and facilitate the standardization and orderly management of these apartments, an apartment service center has been established. The center has gone into operation and launched a service hotline, where guests may go through formalities including check-in, valuables deposit and taking, and check-out.

The operations of “Spring Legend” apartments will provide requisite conditions and effective logistics support for the smooth and orderly preparations for the operation of IECAS at Huairou.
