The IEEE ICSICT-2012 international conference (IEEE 11th International Conference on Solid-State and Integrated Circuit Technology) was held in Xi’an from October 29th to November 1st, 2012. Laboratory of Programmable Chips and System(the Eleventh Department) of IECAS organized five scientific research personnels, i.e., Ying Tao, Zhu Wenrui, Xu Long, Jia Rui and Xu Xiaodong, to attend the conference on invitation.

During the conference, the attendees from the Eleventh Department introduced the research results in such fields as large-scale programmable logic chip, high-precision sigma-delta (ΣΔ) ADC, RF power amplifier, and high-performance micro-sensor interface chip, etc., through oral presentation, and poster board. They conducted thorough discussion and exchange with attending experts to have a close with and learn the world leading technological knowledge in these fields, to expand the international vision and to inspire innovative thinking.

The IEEE ICSICT international conference held in China is a large-scale international conference on solid-state device, integrated circuit (IC) design, and MEMS technology, etc., at which experts in the fields of solid-state device and IC from China, USA, Japan, Korea and European countries were invited to deliver speeches. The conference provided a very good opportunity for mutual exchange among research personnels in relevant fields from China and other countries and for their understanding of the latest development in these fields in China and other countries.
