Recently, our institute was awarded as “Model Unit of China's State Organs in 2008” by Coordinating and Leading Group of Spiritual Civilization by China's State Organs and this is the first time for us to receive this award.

In 2008, under the correct leading of party committee, with the support and solidification of all the staff, our institute insisted on taking scientific concept of development as instruction and carried out “Welcome the Olympics, Improve Manners and Foster New Attitudes” activities of the masses to build up spiritual civilization as well as all kinds of advanced culture construction, which made remarkable achievements.
